Abstract: Rings    consided     in     this    paper     are     commutative    rings     with    identity.A  ring   R   is   said   to   be   a   MPI-ring   if   prime   ideals   of   R   are   all   maximal   ide- als.We     show     the     properties     and     the     constructure     theoren     cf    MPI-rings. and   we    also    give    some    equivalent    conditions   of   semilocal    ring.
