Abstract: ln this paper we generalize the concept of C¹-Fredholm mappings to the cese of upper semicontinuous set-valued mappings,and then we estab- lish  tie  degree  theory  for  set-valued  Fredholm  mappings  of  index  zero and their set-valued compact perturbations.
