Abstract: In   this   paper,using    construct    1yapunov   function    and   the    formula    of constant-variation   on,discrect   systems,we   obtain   some   new    alagebraic    cri- teria   of   asymptotical   stability   of   the   zero    solution   of   large   scale   discre-  te-time    nonlinear    systems.
