Abstract: The   meromorphic   functions    whose   zeros    lie   on    the   negative   real axis   and   whose   poles   lie   on   the   positive   real   axis   have   been   widely studied   in   the   theory   of   meromorphic   functions.This   paper   reveals   the relations  between  valiron  deficiencies  of  two   any  valiron   defective  valu- es.These  results  are  more  precise  and  more  simple  than  any  former  one.
