Abstract: Let   K   be    a    skew-field,M    be    the   set   of   all    matrices    over   K,and   p be   an   involutory   function   of   M.In    this   paper   we   proved:
1.Let     A∈M,then     A{1,2,3}(A{1,2,4})≠φ      if     and      only     if     RankAPA (RankAA°)=RankA;and         in         this         case(APA)(1)AP∈A{1,2,3}(AP(AAP)(1) ∈A{1,2,4}).
2.Let      AEM,if       RankAPA=RankAA=RankA,then       the       p·Moore-Penrose inverse   of   A

From    the    above    results,we     obtained    the    corresponding     explicit    forms of   the    Moore-Penrose    inverse    of   a    matrices    over    a    p-dirision    ring    and   the    weighted    Moore-Penrose    inverse     of    a    quaternion    matrices.
