Abstract

Notions of quasi-Jacobi bialgebroid and its Dirac-Jacobi structure are introduced. The necessary and sufficient conditions for a maximal isotropic subbundle L to be a DiracJacobi structure are proved. Meanwhile several special examples are presented.
