Abstract: In  the  paper,we  studied  the  structure  of  the  equal  degrees  and  unequal  degrees  and  gave  some  results,for   example,the  distribution  of  the equal  degrees  and  unequal  degrees,the  dense  and  splitting  theorem  and the  embedment theorem  of the unequal  degrees.We  also  studied the  splitting  property  of  sets  in  P-T  degrees  and  gave  the  elemental  results  of univesal  splitting  sets  and  antisplitting  sets.
