Abstract:  In this paper,the nonconforming mortar finite  element with a class of meshes is studied  without  considering  the  global  regularity  condition  or  quasi-uniformly  assumption. Meanwhile,the superclose result coincides with conventional methods is obtained by means of integral identities techniques.
