Abstract: In this paper,we give a new convergent algorithm with parameters for nonlinear programming with    nonlinear      constraints.This     algorithm     belongs    to      gradient    projection      and     feasible     direction     type mcthods.This    algorithm     is     more    practical     than    the     previous     gradient    projection     type    algorithms     for  nonlinear      programming      with       nonlinear      constraints.
